This program includes discussions on determination of when to use consensual encounters, reasonable suspicion and probable cause. Decisions relative to this technique are based on the sum total of circumstances including behavior, recognition of suspicious and criminal activity, planning a consensual encounter and consent search as well as legal documentation, court room preparation and testimony and the current court's review of the encounter.
